I would like to...
... start a running program, lead a healthier lifestyle and meet some great people, but I'm not a "runner"...  Get started with us, each Wednesday evening at 19.30!  For those who want to start running, as well as those who have been running only a short while, our 30-minute outings are designed to gently introduce you to the joys of walking/running - you'll be amazed at your progress!  And don't worry, we'll be with you every step of the way!  Smile
... participate in a half-marathon, and it would be great to do it with some friends...  We agree!  The half-marathon is a wonderful event, and even better when you can train for and run it as part of a group.  Join us in our "Half Marathon" program, and let's do the distance together!  Smile
